We gladly accept payments through PayPal.
When you submit an order on Tambourhinoceros.net we will send a confirmation of your purchase and the amount charged to the email address registered with the order. Please keep this documentation for future reference in case any issues regarding your order or the purchased product(s) should arise. You can also access your purchase history at any time on http://tambourhinoceros.net/user.
Shipping fees will be added to the prices when you check out. You can also calculate shipping costs in the cart at any time. The amount we're charging depends on 1) where you are located in the world, 2) how heavy the package is and 3) the length, width and height of the package. The prices are equal to our own costs from sending through Post Denmark.
We ship orders twice a week (Mondays & Fridays). Delivery time is usually 1-7 working days depending on where in the world you live.
Right of Withdrawal
All our customers have 14 days of right of withdrawal counting from the day you receive your order.
Packaging and product condition for returns
The right of withdrawal is only valid if the product(s) are returned in the same quantity and condition as they were delivered. The right of withdrawal will cease if your actions are responsible of reducing the product's sales value.
When buying vinyls, CDs and other sealed products the right of withdrawal is not valid if the seal is broken.

You can also cancel the order by refusing to accept it's delivery or by delivering it in person at the address above. However, please notice that the shipping fees then cannot be refunded.
We will refund your payment to the credit card used to place the order or to your bank account after we have received the returned product(s) and confirmed that the returned item(s) meet the standards of our return policy.
Plesase notice! We do not accept shipments sent to us by Cash on Delivery.
When you shop at Tambourhinoceros you can return faulty products within 24 months after your purchase. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to your own misuse of the product or other damaging behavior.
How fast should I complain?
The sooner the better. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
