Refund policy

If you (against all odds) regret a purchase, you have 14 days of right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. It’s is only valid if the purchase is returned the same condition as they were delivered, ie. unused and with unbroken seals. We will refund your payment minus shipping costs when we have received the returned product(s) and confirmed that the returned item(s) meet these standards. You can also cancel the order by refusing to accept it's delivery.

If you regret your purchase ship the product(s) to us at Tambourhinoceros, Valbygårdsvej 33, kl. 4, 2500 Valby, Denmark. We don’t accept shipments sent to us by Cash on Delivery.
