The duo is ready to present the next song of Totem – their debut album due for release on Jan 27, 2017 via Tambourhinoceros. On “Tears” the driving beat and Kristian Finne Kristensen’s open guitar-landscapes creates a compelling musical foundation under Nikolaj Manuel Vonsild’s fascinating vocals.

“The song started out as a semi improvisational jam session that we recorded and cut into pieces. It was written in simple and heartfelt affection and we're proud of how it ended up, but sometimes feelings change and you would say things differently if you had had time to think them through, so I guess we're also sorry for writing it.”
Totem consists of 11 songs that the band has recorded in the past 1,5 years. The result is 53 minutes of captivating music that invites the listener into its very special sonic space that brings some elements as close as possible while leaving others in the horizon - an open space that appear both minimalistic and extremely organic.
