New album by The New Spring
Approximately a year has passed by since we released The New Spring's selftitled debut album and now we're ready to announce the release date and title of the next album.
Bastian has dubbed his second album Secret Armor and it'll be released digitally and on a 180g vinyl (limited edition of 500 units) on May 7, 2012.
The album was recorded this February in just 4 days with Tambourhinoceros co-founder Aske Zidore as the producer. All guitars and vocals are recorded in one take, and afterwards Bastian has added piano, drums and percussion himself.
We've rarely experienced such flow in a recording proces and we're in awe of the result. Tomorrow we'll upload a video recording of one of the songs for your viewing pleasure - stay tuned.
