Palace Winter’s Caspar Hesselager Covers Kirsten & Marie

Palace Winter’s Caspar Hesselager Covers Kirsten & Marie

It’s time for the next installment of Caspar Hesselager’s piano covers, after his rendition of CTM’s ‘Variations’. This time, Hesselager brings us all the way back to Tambourhinoceros’s first ever release: Kirsten & Marie’s "My Dear".

We think there’s no better way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary than with our oldest track being covered by our most recently released artist. Kirsten’s intricate guitar composition translates beautifully onto the keys, as Hesselager weaves in the melody on top.

Those fingers of his are capable of much more than tickling the ivory, though. A week and a half ago, Palace Winter released their first single "Top of the Hill (feat. Lowly)" from their upcoming album ...Keep Dreaming, Buddy - with synths and knobs galore, at the hands of Hesselager.

If you haven’t experienced the new Palace Winter yet, listen to “Top of the Hill (feat. Lowly)” here, and pre-order/pre-save ...Keep Dreaming, Buddy here.
